By downloading or using Kukurigo ([COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS]; "we") you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Kukurigo is for ages 15 and up. Enter your real date of birth when you sign up.
- You're responsible for keeping your account safe. Your username and avatar must not harass, mislead or infringe anyone's rights; we may change unsuitable names or suspend the account.
- You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete account.
Fair play
Every day everyone plays the same puzzle with one real shot. Bots, automation, multiple accounts and any cheating that distorts the rankings are not allowed. We may remove cheated scores and take accounts off the tables or close them.
Coins and gems
- Coins are earned by playing; gems are bought in the app. Both are only for cosmetic items and conveniences in the app; they have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Nothing that affects your score or rank is sold.
- Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play; refunds follow their rules.
Kukurigo Plus
- Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription. First-time subscribers may get a free trial; when it ends, the price of the chosen period is charged.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. It's charged to your store account.
- Manage or cancel it any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Ads
Kukurigo is free and supported by ads. Scored games never show ads. Watching a rewarded ad is optional. Change your personalised-ads consent in Settings; see the Privacy policy.
Changes to the service
We may change games, rules, scoring and features to improve them. We may pause the service, or end it with prior notice.
Liability
Kukurigo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
