FAQ

When does the game open?

Every day at 10:00 Türkiye time the wheel spins and the day's game opens. The day lasts until 10:00 the next morning.

What's the difference between a practice try and the real shot?

The practice try is unscored and there to learn the game. The real shot is once a day and it's what counts. Once the real shot starts, the clock keeps running even if you leave the app.

How do I get another practice try?

When your practice try is used up, watch an optional ad to get another, up to two a day. The real shot is never given for ads or money.

Can I change my province?

Yes, from Profil (Profile), once every 30 days. Your past scores stay with the province they were made in.

I saw an inappropriate ad.

In the app, tap Ayarlar → Reklam bildir (Settings → Report an ad), or write to us. Tell us when it appeared and on which screen.

Deleting your account

In the app, Ayarlar → Hesabı sil (Settings → Delete account) deletes your account right away. Your email, password, name, avatar, province and consents are removed and your username is replaced with an anonymous one. Your past scores stay in the tables without your name.

If you can't get into the app, email destek@kukurigo.app from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion"; we'll delete it within 30 days.
